Hi,
In the following example, what happens as follows?
Data Renewal Date - 1st of each month
August 1st - 10GB of data
August 10th - Data Extra purchased (15GB)
August 29th - Data used: 20GB (Data remaining: 5GB)
August 29th - Data Extra disabled
Questions:
Many thanks!
Chris

@chrisdenman Once you've purchased an extra data bundle, this is yours to use for the month.
Meaning, if you cancel the extra data product you'll still have the remaining allowance for the rest of the month - then when your bundle refreshes (on the 1st in this example) you won't be charged for the extra data and your bundle will continue as normal.
1. You'll show as having 5GB remaining.
2. If you use 2GB out of the 5GB during the last two days, you won't have any out-of-plan charges apart from the extra data you've purchased.
3. If you use no data on the last two days, you'll be charged the same as in the above answer - as you've already purchased the extra data, the full amount will be available to you for the remainder of the month, whether you disable this or not. :smileyhappy:
I hope this makes sense! Give us a shout if there's anything else you're unsure of.

@Alex,
Have I misunderstood your post that the full data is avaiable despite cancelling the pack.
Slightly different scenario then what op has suggested.
Instead of 5GB, 7GB remaining. So what data will be available once pack is cancelled 3 days before Billing Cycle?
7GB or 5GB?
According to your post it will be 7GB or have I misunderstood?
And if I have not misunderstood, then have look at this post on similar question.
