CE1588 Broadband Stick

when I plug my CE1588 stick into my Win10 notebook nothing happens. Do I need to install software first?

is any firewall or security suite hampering its install maybe  ?

disabled firewall/av and still nothing. was hoping to find a driver?

I don't understand why win10 explorer doesn't
Seethe stick but does see an old t-mobile stick
(New notebook)

Got it working, tried to top up but says "it seems that you can't buy any products on this xxxxxxxxxx at the moment. Please try a different number
