Call Forwarding Conditional

I get a message pop up when making a call which says call forwarding conditional. Does anyone know what this means and why I'm getting it? Phone seems to make the calls ok

I believe this is a standard message, i asked blackberry this and there answer was that the call is conditionally because blackberry are not responsible for your call it is your service provider In this case VF

I have concluded that calls get dropped often and you'll soon receive a "call failed" message followed by a perforated ear drum, I lost my blue-tooth head set out the window the first time i heard it, as it seems to be louder than the caller. Expense mistake, be warned

You can have lots of phones but only two ears

The message means that you have a call divert set up on your device that will activate in certain circumstances / when certain conditions are met.

So for example, you may have calls divert to voicemail when your phone is off.
