Canceling a late delivered order

I needed to get wifi access for my wife while she is in hospital. I was advised what to purchase by Vodaphone on-line on 14th Nov before ordering a R207 Mobile Wi-Fi and a K5150 4G data dongle. - the transcript is available if needed.  I was faithfully promised that they were in stock and would be delivered in 2-4 days. This was a specific requirement of the order as they were needed for a short time only (this time around).

They were not delivered as promised, I had a holding email from Vodaphone saying that they were waiting for manufacture  would I be told how long I had to wait in 3 days. I heard nothing more so I chased it up on line after 6 days - another long chat and promises made - transcript available again. Still nothing - no email and no product.

It's now too late! How do I cancel my order?

Thanks

If the item is on delay or back order then yes you can cancel. You'd need to ring Customer service on 191 and ask them to be put through to the department that can process the cancellation. The frontline agent cannot cancel for you.

If the item was in stock then you'd only have a short window of opportunity to cancel. Usually within the first hour.  After that you'd have to take delivery and then send it back within the first 14 days of recieving it.

Hello, i would like to ask a question.
I had a phone contract which is $45 monthly and my contract had already ended on the 18 Sep 2016. However, i cancelled my contract 2 days late. So do i have to pay the whole $45 for the next months bill? Which is on the 18 oct 2016

Hi @DaniMai

Are you a VodafoneUK customer? I ask because you show your contract as being in dollars and not sterling.

Thanks,

Viki
