Cancelling Mobile Broadband Contract

Just signed up to mobile broadband, but can only get GPRs signal - how do i go about cancelling contract?

It’s a shame you’re having to cancel due to the coverage in your area. :( we’re always improving/expanding our coverage so I hope you will come back to us in the future. :)

To cancel your contract you need to speak to our returns team however which team this is depends on where you took out the contract.

If this was done in a store then you’ll need to return the device to the same store.

If it was taken out online then you’ll need to speak with the online returns team on 08448 540430.

If it was taken out over the phone then you can either reply to the email that I’ve sent you and we’ll get this arranged. Alterntaively if you need to get this sorted quickly you can call our Returns Team directly on 01782 609590. :)
