Hello,
I would like to cancel my internet dongle with yourselves as I no longer use this. Unfortunately, I've lost documents which shows my full details and was wondering how I go about this?
• the account name, and account number
• the invoice address
• the mobile number to be terminated
• the date of termination
• the name of the account owner or administrator
• if you need a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code)
• if the account has a password, please quote this in your letter.

Vodafone would require a level of data protection to be passed before you could cancel a contract. It'd be worth contacting customer services (either over live web chat, telephone or in store) and reference the address that the dongle was registered to. This way they could check if you have any specific security questions or PINs on the account that you could use to pass data protection.
