Completely incompetent!!!! How to make formal complaint?

I've been a vodafone customer for over 10 years now and I'm absolutely appauled at their customer service - shocking to say the least!

 

I visited a local store on 20th December 2016 as I had lsot my phone and needed a new sim, also upgraded my sim only package while I was there to include more data.

 

Roll forward to today and my bundle has still NOT been updated despite me having been in contact 3 times regarding this. The last time I was told my account would updated and they applied a credit for the charges I received in Jan (due to the plan not being updated) to my next bill. Now I log in to my account today to see I have £90 worth of data charges on there because yet again they have not updated my plan!!

 

So back to square one contacted customer service today to be told that they can see no record of me changing plan, how do I think I'm getting all that data for that price (despite the plan being on their website!!!) and that they cannot apply any credit to my account and maybe I should go to the store and tell them to add notes?!

 

I have a signed, written contract and email confirmation of the new package which was effective from 20th December 2016.

 

This is after it took me having to get in touch twice to get my replacement sim activated back in December. Honestly the worst service I have received!

 

Now my question is how I make a formal written complaint as there aren't any addresses on the website and I do not wish to talk with 'customer services' again. Does anyone have an address?

I can understand why you would be frustrated at this. Losing your phone is upsetting enough. 

 

There is options within the Code of practice to raise the issues you have experienced in the link here > Vodafone Code of practice.

 

Also the Vodafone Community Forum has Tech Teams that have account access and maybe able to help further. They read every post.
