Hi there
I unplugged and replugged my SS v.1 last week sometime to move it to the other side of the room it was already in. Very quickly I got a text message and an email asking me to update the postcode.
I logged into VF and seeing as it was the v.1 I had recently unplugged, I updated the postcode (to the same postcode that was already listed) to make the system registered an update of the postcode. I have since had several reminders to update the system so thought I would log in and update the SS v.3 postcode as well as perhaps it was that SS the system was referring to. Alas now, when I try to update the v.3 postcode it won't allow me to have two SS at the same postcode when it was functioning perfectly happily before!
How do I correct this? Any ideas?

Hi DeanUK,
This is normally caused by an update in IP address being done by your ISP behind the scenes.
It can be resolved by changing the postcode to something different for five minutes and then changing it back to your own postcode.
If you still have the same messages after doing this, let me know the serial number so I can take a look at it for you.
