Hello
Does anyone know of a way to contact the Vodafone repair centre?
My phone was sent off for repair two months ago, and I had a call three weeks ago to say that they weren't able to repair it and that a replacement would arrive in store in two working days, but nothing's arrived. I've spoken to people online and in store to try and find out what had happened to it, but they both said that they couldn't do anything and to call the centre.
Any suggestions on how I can get my phone back?!

Hi
As far as I'm aware there isn't a direct number for a customer to use to contact them.
Customer service make all the contact.

There's an online repair tracker available here.
To be honest I'd be putting the onus on Vodafone Customer Services in this situation. It sounds like it's not just a repair issue but also a matter of poor communication, especially after two months.
How many days has it now been beyond the two days mentioned? If it's dragging on let Vodafone know on here and I'm sure the team will be able to investigate

Thanks to you both.
The call was at the end of August, so the whole thing's been dragging on for weeks now.
Some help from Vodafone would be great. I've called 191 who said that they can't contact the centre as it's a separate place, the online advisors told me that it was definitely instore and ready to collect. When I went to collect it was told that it wasn't there and to go home and wait for a text and to check the online tracker which hasn't been updated since the beginning of August.
I've spent literally hours on the phone and online trying to get through to someone and haven't got anywhere at all. I really wish I hadn't taken it in for repair now, and just bought a new phone instead.
