Content control again!!!!

Hi

I bought an R201 mobile w-fi device but I can't seem to remove the content control bar!

I've phoned customer services and they say they have removed it but i am still denied access to many internet sites!

What do i do now????

Thanks for your post here. I’m sorry to hear that you are having problems getting your content control bar removed. I appreciate how annoying this must be for you.
