How long do changes to content cotrol profile take to apply, I have added a website but still cannot access it?

I would guessimate at 24 hours. 

Have you tried.clearing the cache and cookies of your browser so when you try accessing it again the browser isnt using the previous cookies etc. 

If no joy then if you contact the Broadband Team via the number in contact-us and inform them of that particular website address they can look at Whitelisting it.
