Hi,
Since making the swap from iphones i have been impressed aswel as dissapointed i read from samsung the s6 was unscratchable due to gorrilla glass but since having the phone its got loads of little round scratches having since found out it was due to the samsung case i purchased but whilst charging today the phone got extremely hot and i have noticed a crack going from the lock button right across to the other side does any1 know were i stand with samsung.

Thanks.

Hi

You would need to speak to Samsung Uk Support.

Samsung Uk Support

Its their decision to look at this under the manufacturers warranty or advise on a chargeable repair.

If they advise it's not under their warranty then perhaps Look to household insurance etc or check if your bank account gives mobile phone cover as a perk. T&C and Excess Fee's would apply.

bandofbrothers1 is right.  If there's evidence of damage, Vodafone aren't allowed by any of the manufacturers to do a warranty repair.  Go straight to Samsung as they'll look at the device and take a pragmatic view.

My first Edge did exactly this, but from the speaker. Vodafone replaced it for me in after I took it into a store for inspection.
