Curve 9320 - Can't activate web based mail accounts

Hi

My partner has just upgraded to a Curve 9320 and I'm trying to set it up for her, but have problem with e-mail configuration. I only seem to get an option to configure BES and not for web based mail accounts.

Just to confirm, have you ever had BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) set up on the account?

Apologies for the delayed response, but I'm currently travelling.

I assume BIS was set-up on the account, because when I first took out the contract three years ago, I managed to set up hotmail access with immediate effect, and it worked just fine.

Now when I go through a similar set up, I only see a BES option available.
