1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?

Nearly everywhere I go

 

2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? If you don't want this showing on the Community, add it to your profile here.

 

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?  Unable to try in another mobile

 

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?  No signal at all

 

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?

    

6) When did you first notice this issue?  Ongoing for several months and problem still not resolved

 

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

@ances-tree Can you please confirm if this is everywhere you go or everywhere in the DH7 postcode?

It is mainly in my home (full post code added to my profile).  If I am lucky, I may have 2 bars of signal when I am out and about

Yesterday, all calls made in my home were disconnecing automically whilst dialling

@ances-tree - I’ve checked the sites in your area and they’re all performing correctly.

We’ll need you to test your SIM in a different phone, which will then allow us to identify if it’s an issue with the phone or your SIM.

Please let us know if there’s anyone else in the area on Vodafone, that are also facing these issues.

As advised previously, I cannot put my sim in another mobile as everyone I know is locked to another network.

 

Don't know anyone on Vodafone in my area.

 

Have tried taking sim out for 30 mins.  Still no signal.

 

Have had mobile checked for probs and it is ok.

 

Had hardly any signal since the day I got mobile months ago.

 

I have shared numerous screenshots showing lack of signal via Twitter so there obviously is a fault. 

 

Can you send me a new sim please?

 

I am self employed and losing clients as unable to get through to me on phone.

 

If issue not resolved or no replacement sim sent by next Friday, I will need to refer matter to OFCOM.

You're able to organise a new SIM card on Live Chat or by visiting your local Vodafone store

Let us know how you get on after you've tried the new SIM card 🙂
