Hi,
I installed a Suresignal box at my mother in law's house about 4 years ago. The box has stopped working recently. I know it may have died, but I'd like to try de-registering it then re-registering it anyway, as they'd rather not fork out £100 for a new one. I don't however remember the account I set it up under and in any case I have since left Vodafone myself (sorry!).
Could a moderator please contact me to let me know how we could de-register it without access to the My Vodafone account it was setup under? We'll then try getting it registered again under their name (so they can manage it without me!)
Thanks!

Hi @Kazzie12345
We're unable to de-register units via the eForum, but we can via Live help.
If you don't have your old account details to hand, we'll ask for other details instead.
Thanks,
Ben
