Delayed delivery on upgrade

Hi, Please can someone help/ advise. i upgraded to the Samsung S5 in Blue.This was last Tuesday. I was advised phone would be delivered by Thursday. Then advised Monday. Then Thursday agian, only to be told that there is now a further delay. On top of this, the text notifications I'm receiving say that Voda would like to apologise for the delay in delivering my Iphone? Please can someone help.

I have exactly the same problem. I ordered the samsung galaxy s5 in blue on the same date and keep getting the message delaying delivery. Every time I try to find out what's happening I get fobbed off, on live chat and by phone. Its getting really annoying now.

Me also - upgraded to iPhone 5S 32GB in Silver on 29th Sept and was told it would be here Wednesday - received text Tuesday saying 3 day delay, then another with another 3 day delay, today received another saying a 4 day delay..........

Thank you for this - tracking is not the problem! The problem was I was initially told the phone would be with me in 48 hours - 10 days later still no phone and still no indication as to when it might be - surely upgrades shouldnt be offered and sorted if the goods arent in stock?  

I agree. I was initially told it would be 3 days. I went into shop today to be told there was an issue with the blue handset. If I knew that, I would never have ordered that one and now I see it isn't even available to order. I keep getting fobbed off with the track your order web page but this doesn't answer if there is a supply problem and if so how long it'll be.

In fact when I rang customer services on Friday 3rd to ask how long it would be, she looked at other phones and I was told there were no iPhone 6's or 6+'s, no iphone 5S 32 gb in grey, silver or gold or 5S 16gb in silver or gold - all they had was 5S 16 gb in grey.........
