Hi, Please can someone help/ advise. i upgraded to the Samsung S5 in Blue.This was last Tuesday. I was advised phone would be delivered by Thursday. Then advised Monday. Then Thursday agian, only to be told that there is now a further delay. On top of this, the text notifications I'm receiving say that Voda would like to apologise for the delay in delivering my Iphone? Please can someone help.

Oh My........... received text today saying they are still waiting for my phone - and will be in touch in 10 days!!!! That will make it over 3 weeks waiting. 10 years with Vodafone - time to switch supplier I think. This is awful service.

HI,
Just to confirm, that my local voda store and the upgrade team have confirmed that the blue isn't available. Although other people at Voda insist on not confirming. Have changed order to black and has arrived today.

I'm the same. I was only told the truth that they won't be getting the blue ones anymore after I went to shop to find out. My black one should be 2 to 4 days too. Terrible customer service so far though.

i've got this problem but with a black samsung s5! the story goes ....
tuesday spoke to live chat to buy out my contract and was offered a upgrade on mine to samsung s5 so i orded. was told the phone will be ready to be picked up from my local store wednesday (being that only black was in stock)
Wednesday comes with no text so spoke with vodafone who said there was a error in my order and that it didnt get ordered so again ordered the same and was told it be ready next day and that i get a text to say its ready
Thursday, monthly payments on my new upgrade was wrong and also no text! so spoke with vodafone again who now say they are waiting for stock on the samsungs 5 in black (they fix my payment problem tho)
Friday, still no text and kinda starting to give up on getting in touch with vodafone just to be lied too. i'm willing to go to a different store (if need be) to collect my handset
From wanting to leave vodafone then being talked into a new contract for 2 years again, i'm starting to feel a little unhappy about waiting for something which i was told i would have next day (but i see my payments a month have changed 2 days ago!)
if i'm waiting more then 10 days then i guess i be calling to to stop my update and buying out my contract which i was going to at the start of this week.

Agreed about the poor customer service in relation to the correct information regarding stock levels. I would rather they said it was a 3 wk wait and I would be ok with that. Surley theu must realise that this creates bad feeling.
