Dell Inspiron And Cover Me Insurance....

After numerous attempts today I managed to only get a partial resolution on this very upsetting situation.. and Im hopeing the wonderful mods here can help me unlike the 'agents' that I have been hung up on by and mis-informed by today!

I dont blame the agents totally as the information they were getting was actually incorrect aswell but only 2 out of the 8+ agents I spoke to bothered to actually try and find out the facts about it!!

Ill give the very very short story...

I had a Dell inspiron and was offered and took out insurance with the device, managed to drop it down the stairs today and phoned to make a claim on my insurance...

Found out eventually that the insurance I was paying actually didint cover the Netbook and therefore I now dont have a device to use my 3GB contract!!

Been given a credit for the payments I had made for the insurance and thats great.. but what do I do about the netbook that I thought I had covered and the contract that I now cannot use?

Please help!!

Quick update....

I have now spoken to several more agents who seemed quite happy to pass me to wrong departments time and time again, and 1 agent confirmed that she had told the agent that was passing me through that i was being passed to the wrong dept but I found myself being cold transferred anyway... adding more and more wrong moves!!

I have been promised call backs but found that they wernt even mentioned on my account, promised it would be looked into and hung up on and generally spoken to people who didnt seem to actually want to help me or offer me some kind of solution!!

I have e-mailed from the website and the reply I had was totally wrong and I am now at my wits end!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
