Hi Vodafone, I no longer need my sure signal box and have given it to a friend, the serial number is 21224518072. I tried to login in to my old account but it seems to be disabled. I need to do this ASAP, is that possible? Thanks

It is possible! ASAP would mean calling up tomorrow; they can do it from here, but it'll take a few days (wait your turn for a response, fill in the PMed form, wait in the queue for an email response, answer security question, another queue, then bosh! done). Think LiveChat may be able to, too, so worth prodding them if you see an opening in the ever popular queue.

Thanks for the advice but found them to be unhelpful. Live chat said all agents were busy, waited 30 minutes, finally got through, tech support called me, because I could not remember when I registered the device, they told me they can't help me! Now I remember why I left Vodafone.
