Can you sent me drivers for VDF ULTRA 6  please? I have problem with usb conection because my phone are softbrick situation and my pc cant find device...

Hi @pepi75

Vodafone probably wouldn't be able to send Drivers for your computer to recognise your phone ? 

Ensure no firewalls or security suites are hindering the connection. 

When you hook up via your usb data cable it should recognise the phone possibly an an external hard drive so you can drag and drop info.

All ready know that...My phone is on bootloop sicuation. When i open he show me the android logo and after that black screen...

Have you you tried a hard reset ?

This operation would however delete saved information.

If that fails and you acquired the phone directly off Vodafone then they apply a 24 month warranty. This does not cover issues resulting from a drop or water damage. 

Any vodafone high street store can send it away to be looked at. 

If on an eligible contract and if they have one in stock they can offer a loan phone while yours is away for repair.
