Hi there
Do you have any screen shots of this?
Has it always done this since you got it? Does the issue clear after a reboot? have you done a factory reset?

Hi @SonyaG2003
I can certainly understand how annoying that situation can be.
Try a Soft Reset first by turning the phone Off and On.
If you do try a factory reset then ensure you create a Backup first as this type of reset wipes the storage memory of the phone.
Another alternative if convenient would be to visit your most local Vodafone Store. The reps there may have seen this instance before and have a resolution.

When you're replying, click the image icon (to the next of the link one, which in turn is next to the smiley face) at the top of the text box and follow the prompts. It's best to upload images to a private album - you'll be offered the option as you go along.
