Currently at EH4 3DA there is:
O2 - Full signal (-62dBm) and >100Mbps 4G
EE - Full signal (-70dBm) and >100Mbps 4G
3 - Full signal (-69dBm) and >30Mbps 3G
Vodafone - Zero bars (-110dBm) and 0.8Mbps 3G by the window, no service anywhere else. 2G & 4G similarly affected.
First time I have tried using my Vodafone SIM in this location. Mast database shows Cornerstone site 111236/VF site 23187 situated on the upper floors of this building so I *assume* that there should be decent Vodafone signal and it's a temporary fault. Alternatively if Vodafone have decided to abandon the mast in this building I'll be cancelling my contract.

To the nearest neighbouring transmitters approx 500m to the north & east or 400m to the south-east.

Yes.

Emergency calls only.

All.

Today.
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?
Permanant.

@qasdfdsaq I've checked your 2G site (32744) and can see that this is performing correctly.
I've also checked your 3G site (46650) and can see that it's performing fine.
If you're still experiencing issues, please change your settings down to 3G.

Hi, those sites do not provide coverage to this area. 23187 should be the site providing coverage in this area. Please confirm if this site is working or has been removed.
Inicidentally I am now getting no 4G coverage indoors or outdoors at this postcode. 3G remains patchy and rarely stays connected more than 3 minutes if it connects at all.

@qasdfdsaq Our Network Engineers have investigated this and have found no faults in your area.
For help with any coverage issues you're experiencing, we recommend looking into Wi-Fi Calling or a Vodafone Sure Signal.

So is that admitting site 23187 has been removed and is not going to be replaced? Maybe you should update your coverage maps then cause it's a lie to claim full indoor coverage for this area if you've removed the mast serving it.
SureSignal isn't going to help much in a hostel and WiFi calling doesn't work on SIM only. Seems a bit ##~## to pay for 25GB of 4G data I can't use.
