Entering NUC, missing instructions in the email

Hi all,

I've just received my NUC but the email appears to have a line missing from it.

It states:-

Hello,

Thanks for getting in touch about unlocking your phone. You’re almost done – there are just a few things you need to do to complete the process.
 

What you need to do next

Here is your unlock code (NUC) xxxxxxxxx
 
1. Remove SIM card from the handset and turn phone

for your device with IMEI (serial) number

Could someone please advise what the missing step is?

Hi @microwave its normally just a case of inserting the new non vodafone sim into the phone then following the prompt to enter the code.

What device is it you are trying to unlock?

Thanks 63johnw, it's a Galaxy S5. I'll try it tomorrow evening with the new sim card in it and see what happens.

That should be all you need to do on an S5. Come back here if you have any problems.
