Error when adding new user - on CHrome and IE

I get the following error when confirming my new user.  This happens all the time.  Vodafone - please make this reliable else i cant add new phone numbers to it!  Error starts:

Error invoking portlet "VAPGatewayController"

Please try this on another PC, as it could be something in your antivirus (for example) that’s blocking this.
