Hi, how can I find my mobile number (so that I can top up)?

Can't put the Sim in another device - it's too small.

No idea where to enter the #100# code that is advised.

Please help!

Liz

This has come up before and the answers have been:

1. Put the SIM in another device.

2. If you have another number on your account, look the account up on My Vodafone above (you'll need a number to be able to register in the first place...). The primary number will display first, but there'll be a drop-down to shoe secondary ones.

3. Get the team to look it up for you.

To that I'll add a fourth option.   Take the SIM into a Vodafone shop and ask them to put it in a phone and retrieve the number for you.  That's probably the quickest.  To contact the team here, they need to send you a private message to initiate the process, so it would be helpful if they could do that in case you can't get to a shop or don't have any joy there.

You could also have a look at any documentation (printed or emailed) that you got with the device and see if the number's listed there.  This comes up occasionally, but not as often as I'd expect it to if there was no record anywhere.

Hi LizJ

Welcome to the eForum.

To find your number, you just dial *#100# and press call.

Thanks,

Laura

There is no phone function on the Kindle Fire.

Don't know where to enter the code.
