hi
i have had the sure signal v3 serial number 40124104825 unit for 2 weeks it has now started to get very hot can not touch it (is that Right )
but now as of last night all i get is a Flashing Power and Solid Amber Signal light
i have reset the unit deregistered & registered the unit but no look have done a trace route

just an update to my post
unit now show re power light and the 2 white solid lights and look ok but
iphone 5 will not connect to it i have removed the user and re added the user but bo look connecting
any help please

Hi whibbs,
Added phones can take a while to connect. We had a visitor over Christmas whose phone I added to the list and it was around 2 days before his phone picked up the 3G signal.
This might explain your own issue.
