Does this both show in your myvodafone online and myvodafone app.
Sometimes their can can be a slight delay in the account updating but I'd expect it to be showing by now.
You may be better served using live chat from a computer and or telephone customers support via 191 at 25p per call if connected to an agent.
Their is no account access via the eforum.
