Hi everyone,
I have tried everything to revive my G300 and now need to send it in for repair. Unfortunately, I'm having problems returning the phone as I have mislaid the PAYG SIM card it was sold with. Vodafone customer services and my local branch (Lichfield) have told me that without the associated mobile number they are unable to process the repair as they cannot 'find' the phone on their system to log the request.
I still have all original packaging including the card the SIM was pressed out of (which unfortunately has only a bar code printed on it - no number).
Any help or guidance very much appreciated.
