Second time posting. At this point I've completely given up.
On 24/08/17 I contacted Vodafone to see why my payment plan hadn't been taken to find out the recovery agency dealing with it had sent me back to Vodafone yet Vodafone were telling me that I had to contact the recovery agency.
Fast forward a whole month, over 20 phone calls to Vodafone and the said recovery agency and NEITHER have my account and can set up a payment plan. They've added a early termination fee which is a joke considering I've been trying to resolve this issue and the problem isn't even on my side.
Vodafone have sent me a email explaining my account will be sent into default within 2 weeks if the balanace isn't cleared and after speaking to a payment team I was told they can't set up a payment plan so they have to send a team in the 'back office' my information and they'll contact me in a week in which time I'll have been put into default even though I've tried every possible avenue there is to rectify this issue. I'm completely disgusted at this service to be honest. After trying countless times to try and rectify this payment issue.
How can it be that no one can help. Vodafone have confirmed that I was paused from being sent to the recovery agency even though they themselves can't set up a payment plan for me so basically either way my account will be put into default regardless of what I do.
I have no idea what to do or where to go for help.
