HOW DO I INSERT THE SIM CARD INTO THE VODAFONE SMART ULTRA 6!!

Hi all,

 

just purchased and recieved today the Vodafone Smart Ultra6.

 

Comes with very scant instructions.

 

However I am unable to get the sim card inserted, have been trying now with no success for the last 2 hours. Thinking now of returning the phone in the morning, as any phone that is this difficult to insert the sim card is worthy of the bin in my opinion!

 

Tried the pin thing that comes with the phone putting in the hole on the pin gate but nothing happens. How hard are you supposed to press that pin, I have been using some force but don't want to overdo it in case I break the phone!!

Push the sim tray removal tray pin firmly until you feel it release.

You've probably already tried varying the angle slightly, to see if you can find the release catch?
