Hi @Lauren5689

Can you elaborate as to what you've tried thus far please ?

If this was my situation if a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On didn't work I'd then try a Hard Reset by turning the phone Off and following the instructions in this link > htc-magic-hard-reset.

If no help then perhaps Htc Customer Services can help on 0845 890 0079
‎09:00 - 18:00 (Mon - Fri).

If the phone was supplied by Vodafone then any Vodafone Highstreet Store can arrange to send it off if they can't remedy the issue instore. Take time and date stamped pictures of the phone to support its aesthetic condition and one of it turned on and one of any visible water sensor.

It's like my phone won't even turn on, every time I go to turn it on it comes up with that hboot thing, it won't let me click anything! I've tried taking the battery out and putting it back in but that screen just comes back up?

Its like it's saying 'press back to fast boot' but when I press the back button nothing happens

Have you tried pulling the battery and then reinserting it but don't turn it on but instead try the hard Reset avenue i referred to earlier ?
