HTC One M8 build quality issues

Having just received the replacement to my upgrade I take the phone out and see a fault with this new replacement.  The volume rocker button is really loose, as I currently have both phones here I can see the original is not loose.

The 2nd one also has the issue with the speaker grills not sitting flush not as bad as the first but its still annoying.

The new relacement is going back and I will try one more time to get a handset with no issues.  Fingers crossed.

I thought to finally get myself a premium phone, I've entered a Vodafone shop today and paid 500 for this (495 with a topup) but I've got:

- a loose power button (not volume);

- and the same recessed speaker (top-right).

My mistake, didn't crossed my mind to open up the box in the Vodafone shop and check each square mm of the phone. Now I'll have to fight with the guys in the shop in order to get a different phone.

As you’re within 14 calendar days of getting the phone, pop back to the store.

They’ll be able to take a close look at it and exchange the phone.
