Have mistakenly bought S6, was meant to be S6 Edge, what next?

Hi All,

 

I have mistakenly bought the S6 rather than the S6 edge as part of my early upgrade. I was on chat to one of the helpdesk, who told me to return the incorrect device once delivered.

 

Will Vodafone send out the correct device and collect the incorrect device in one go, or will I have to send back the incorrect device, then wait for the correct device to be delivered?

As soon as you receive the phone, call Vodafone and cancel the upgrade.  

 

As soon as the phone has been returned, you will be able to reorder for the correct device.

 

If you use Live Chat or call, an advisor will be able to make the arrangements.

Just to add to this, the device was bought on Sunday (13/09/2015), so was hoping to cancel before it was dispatched.
