Help - duplicate upgrade orders

Hi,

 

Placed an order this morning for two upgrades for numbers on my account (one for a 6 and one for a 6 Plus). The 6 upgrade appears to have progressed as I can no longer upgrade that number and the new price plan shows in my account.

 

However - the order for the 6 plus appears to have gone through twice (I've even got two emails and separate order numbers), so can someone look into this for me please - clearly the duplicate orders aren't correct, but I'd like to know whether either of these orders will actually go through, or get cancelled, and I don't want their being a duplicate order cause the whole thing to block.

 

Interestingly my account for the number with the duplicate 6 Plus orders, also still shows I can upgrade and has not updated to the new price plan as yet.

Just called Vodafone - instead of trying to call the upgrades team I spoke to someone in the accounts team. She said that until the phone is officially released on the 19th in all likelihood it will continue to show that you are still eligible for an upgrade. She confirmed that that had received my upgrade request. If you have put the order through twice, then you might end up receiving two phones, and you would have to send one back.

I've actually since been told by offshore CS over the phone that apparently one of the duplicates will get automatically cancelled, but she couldn't confirm which one.

At this point I just want to know that I've got the correct orders in place, and that the duplicate order wont cause the initial order to block.
