How do I enable iMessage on iPhone 5c??

Basically I changed numbers and when I put the new sim in it said I had to enable iMessage? I got sent a text from Vodafone with a link to do this but the link doesn't work and comes up with other websites? iMessage worked perfectly fine on my old sim and the IOS is at the latest update so I really don't know 😔

All you should need to do is to go to Messages  then scroll down to 'Send and Receive' and enter you number of the 'Can be reached at' field.

Make sure that iMessage is enable and you may have to wait for iMessage to be enabled, if so you will see a message 'waiting for verification'.
