Hi there
Is this while you are using your SureSignal, or does it happen everywhere? Are you on PAYG Pay Monthly? Have you just taken out a new contract? Did sending picture messages work previously?

Please check you have the correct APN settings. These are the settings for your internet and MMS.
Please let us know if this is whilst using the mobile network or whilst connected to a Vodafone Sure Signal.
