Hi there,

 

To enable the feature on the handset, it should be as simple as turning it on in Manage Connections.

 

If that does not work and it needs to be enabled on the account, then give 191 a call if you are an authorised contact for your business account, or get the person who looks after your phones to if you are not.

The service you are looking to enable is 'tethering'
