I need to derehister a suresignal on a PAYG phone number that no longer exists

Hi There,

I have a suresignal box that was registered to a PAYG mobile number that has been deactivated by Vodafone due to non-use. I can still log on to the account, but my phone number does not appear so I cannot deregister it.

Could you assist please? The serial number is 40110745755.

I believe you will need to speak to customer services on 191 or use Live Chat for this.
