So , April 2016 . I came to the end of a data contract for a tablet . I had this cancelled but turns out a few months later I was still paying for this ....
Some angry chat later and it gets cancelled AGAIN ! Well roll on to present day and after 2 confirmation/cancellations I'm STILL paying for this! A whole year!
As it stands I'm already getting a special offer as Vodafone "valued me as a loyal customer" .... Where do I stand!? Can I take legal action or demand compensation because to be honest just getting my wasted money back isn't enough any more. Any advice would be appreciated.
