HI, I upgraded a couple of weeks ago (1st december) and at the same time traded my old handset in. I was talked into new insurance for the new handset, however my bill for december now has 2 lots of full months insurance. I naivly thought the old insurance would be cancelled. So how do I do this without going back into store. Have tried to do it from my account but can't even find it on there.
(also if anyone knows how long it takes to receive the trade in money that would be great also, the contract says BACS will be initiatied 7 days after trade in, and will take 2 days.. obviously it's taken much longer than that)

I do not think you can cancel the insurance from your my vodafone.
Youll need to speak with Customer service on 191 or Live Chat about that.
Some possible info in > Terms-and-conditions/consumer/insurance/previous-terms-and-conditions/vodafone-accidental-damage.
"What if You change Your Equipment?"
If you upgrade or change Your Equipment, you’ll need to call Vodafone Limited on 191 from a Vodafone mobile or 03333 040191* from any other phone. ACE can then register Your new Equipment for Your policy. This is really important, as you’ll only be covered for damage to the Equipment which contains Your Vodafone-authorised SIM, and which is registered with ACE."
They may also be able to check on the status of the trade in credit too.
