Hello,
I have been really struggling with my sure signal box.
I have a version 3 now, as my version 2 decided to pack up.
The version 3 is intermittent at best and regularly drops calls from when I first installed it, and we have had almost every sequence of lights showing the box isn't working. Now it is just not connecting at all with the internet light slowly flashing and the power light solid on. It has been like this for at least two or more weeks.
I have tried to reset the box (even after 30 seconds) and nothing has happened. So, I now have two Vodafone phones which I can't use and it is really annoying. Please can you help me,

Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
