I have put a mobile internet pay as you go micro Sim into my ipad followed the instructions on the paperwork it came with - i.e create an account - added email, created password, added the number given, selected bundle and paid. I have not recieved any confirmation, when I try to connect it tells me I do not have a data account.
I go to veiw account in setting and enter email and the password and am told "we are unable to validate your logincredentials, please check and try again" I have done this several times and even tried the forgotten password route only to be told my email is not recognised on any account. - I am a current vodaphone, phone customer.
it does show a 4/5 signal strength and vodaphone 3g in top left corner.
Help please.
