Iphone 7 Plus Voicemail Icon

I was wondering if there was any news on a fix for the issue of not getting the red icon when a voice message is left? Historically Vodafone have blamed Apple and Apple says its Vodafone which is no good to the customer.

Hi @Pepi677, we're unable to give a timescale on the fix for this as it's down to the manufacturer.

You can in the meantime use our text message alerts for voicemail - to use these please call 121 to change your settings.

I have upgraded to ios11 and the icon no appears to work. I'll keep trying it to see how it goes.
