Firstly this USB stick took THREE WEEKS to arrive....
Now, I have installed and re-installed the software (both from the USB stick and the web-link online) and it keeps crashing with the message below.
I went into the store, they told me to update my firmware. I believe it is up to date.
I went into the store again, they told me it wasnt activated. I called and checked, it is.
I went into the store again, then they said there was no credit, there is.
Then they said it isnt compatible with Macs. It says on the box it is compatible with Mac's with at least OS X 10.5. I have OS X 10.10.1.
I then phoned and was on hold for 50 MINUTES, before someone answered. She said it must be faulty and I'd have to return it to get a refund. It would take three days to send out a returns envelope. I STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED IT - THAT WAS A WEEK AGO.
Please tell me:
Is it faulty - if so send me a bag and give me the money you've had for a month.
Is your software not up to date????
