I cant download itemised bill using Apple products (macbook air and ipad) no problem on PC or download PDF summary

Any advice?

If it's not working on Apple products, use the PC instead.

Thanks for your reply but my PC is on its last legs and spends its time in a cupboard. I use Apple products so Vodaphone should be able to support its products

Yes I do and I use PDFs regularly, as my previous email stated I can get pages 1 & 2 but not the itemised report.
