Hi Nick,
Can you tell us exactly what happens when you try to use the modem, and how far into the process things get?
For example, is the software installation successful? Are you able to load the VMC software, but it displays an error message? Let me know exactly what steps you're following and how far you get before encountering problems, and that'll give us a better idea of what to do to resolve it

An exact description of the error message would help us isolate the problem, please go ahead and do another install. It might also be a good idea to capture a screen shot of the message as soon as it appears.
