In the last month I've been to all of the above counties and whilst there have had little success in viewing/sending emails and no success in opening IE. Now back home and I see that even in Essex the signal strength is "poor" and that is using Vodaphone's own description. The worst case was Dorset where the signal was supposed to be excellent but still no access to email nor Internet. I now believe that Vodaphone are doing something to get rid of users on the old PAYG by reducing the service to almost non-existence so that they can perhaps persuade us to buy a more costly alternative. I'm going down to the Vodaphone shop in Lakeside tomorrow and ask them to inspect the dongle but don't expect to get anywhere with them. Would I buy from Vodaphone again? Not unless they resolve this issue.

Hi baysieboy
Thank you for your post and it is great to see you.
This could be down to three things, the device, the SIM or the network.
Please take the device to your local store and one of our experts will be able to take a look and advise you of your best options or alternatively we can arrange a postal repair.
You can swap the SIM for a new one at your local store to rule this out also.
So we can check the network please take a look at the Network Issues thread and include postcodes where you have been affected.
Many Thanks

Well I took my K3565 into a store and they told me they thought it was fine but that I should d/l 10.4......interesting as the latest available, I understand, is 10.2.302. Tried to do that but countless files ask for a password which I don't have. No further forward...just out of pocket for the fuel that I've wasted and still got a next to useless dongle.

Hi baysieboy
Thank you for your posts and I am sorry to see the frustration that this has caused you.
You can find all the latest software, guides and information for your dongle here, would it be possible to take a screenshot of the error?
Many Thanks
