ello all....
im here on behalf of a friend which im trying to help install the K3565 USB Modem Stick Lite pay as you go on her computer she is running windows xp home and when installin it is saying she need administration options but the account she is on is the administrators account and its still not working is there anyone out there that can help with this as im all out of options and cant really help without the pc being in front of me

Try right-clicking the Setup file name, and selecting Run As (administrator)

Hi Jayne1982,
I would recommend giving Roger1UK's suggestion a try.
There is also a slight difference between an account with Administrator rights, and being the Administrator of that machine. The full machine Admin account is usually the first account created on the computer, and will quite often simply be called "Administrator". Logging in as this user will give you the full access to the machine that you need to install properly - but the right-click > Run as Administrator option, quite often will have the same effect.
