K3565 dongle - Errors 619 and 628

Hiya! I'm new to these forums, so apologies if i've posted in the wrong place! >.<

Back in December 2009, I signed up to the Pay Monthly Vodafone Mobile Broadband Internet service when I was buying a new laptop.
I've had a few problems since then, which have been quite simple to resolve.

However just over a week ago, I started getting trouble with it again! :Confused_face: I tried connecting to my Vodafone K3565 Dongle, when it keeps coming up with the error message 619: A connection to the remote computer could not be established, so the port for this connection was closed.
I've tried the USB in all 4 USB slots on my Laptop, and i've also tried unistalling it, then re-installing it, and removing, then re-insterting the SIM card back into the Dongle. All of which don't seem to have any effect!

When I load up the Vodafone Mobile Connect, it's detecting the device, with a full strength 3G signal, which is also showing as the strong, flashing dark blue light on the stick, however, when I try to connect it through here, it opens a Vodafone pop-up telling me that the RAS error code is 628.
I've done the things it suggests to do on this pop-up, however it still doesn't seem to want to work! :( And seeing as i'm paying monthly, i'm paying for time that I'm not using the dongle, so i need to get this sorted as quickly as possible!

Hi Murtek,

I would have a look at this thread here and if you still have issues let us know.

Also can you confirm which version of windows you are using and which version of VMC you are using.
