Hmm initially my thoughts would be to update to SP3 (using a 3rd party internet connection)
If you can check your dial up networking:
- Start.
- Control panel.
- Network connections.
- Can you see if there is a dial up listed there? What error does this give if you connect it?
Another suggestion would be to download the latest version of the software 9.4.6 from our
business website and try that.
